I don't think Percy would immediately know. I feel like Percy wouldn't just look in the mirror a lot or contemplate stuff like that while fighting for his life. The only time I think he liked what he saw in a mirror was in circe's island and then that got ruined because of the whole guinea pig bullshit.

I think Annabeth would be trying to learn how to do makeup just because she has the time now. Just because she's not fighting for her life nearly 24/7 half the time anymore and can focus on stuff. And yeah sometimes I think she'd put it on her self but mostly she just wants to learn just to learn. So Percy agrees like sure why not. When it's all said and done and he looks in the mirror and he see HER for the first time. Just standing there looking back.
