Hello Girlie, I’m Soleil Lyon. I am currently a Junior at NYU majoring in Sports Management with a concentration in Media. My roots are from Orange County, CA but I definitely think I have an affinity for New York & what it has to offer. I love love love music; I took drum lessons for a couple of years and am pretty sure I was born to be bangin’. ;) Cheers!
What are you hoping to get out of this experience?
I am hoping to dip my feet into the music world & learn about everything and anything it has to offer whilst meeting some really cool people in the process.
What is the best concert you have ever been to?
This question is so difficult because I have seen some really good shows, but I think my favorite concert experience was seeing Foo Fighters at the Forum in LA several years back. Everyone in the stadium had been singing along to “Everlong” & it was so magical.
Who is the Girlie Action client you hope walks in?
I would be really starstruck if I met Rob Zombie. Him and his wife seem like really cool people and his song “Dragula” is such a banger. What else do you love besides music?
Besides music, I really enjoy watching sports. I am a big hockey fan, so catch me going to MSG right next door to see the Rangers lose to the LA Kings! #GKG
What is your dream job?
My dream is to wake up every morning and feel like whatever I am doing isn’t necessarily work, because I love doing it! I would also love if this happens to be in music or in sports.
