I have had a hard time lately with binging and this has really helped me, so maybe this can help you to. Behold my beautiful anti binge box.
Find a box, this could really be anything, I chose a shoe box.
Go ahead and decorate it. Try to avoid colors like Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, and Turquoise. These colors make you hungry. For mine I wrapped it and then colored the inside with paint.
Print out thinspo or cut it out of a magazine. I just put mine on the bottom.
On the top with sticky notes or whatever you would like write down your goals, why you want to be skinny, your goal weight, meanspo, sweetspo, and any advise.
All people are different and find certain things to be distracting so I’ll put down everything I liked as well as a few other suggestions.
Proana notebook with your goals, quotes and such…
I don’t really support diet drinks, they still still store as fat, but if you must, put that in there.
I have pills for water weight and some for hair and nails.
Tooth brush/Tooth paste/Mouth wash
Write letters to yourself.
Maybe a shirt you want to fit in eventually.
Anything to pamper yourself, bath bombs, face masks, ect.
Some people like low calorie snacks like rice cakes. I choose to leave my box with nothing I can binge on at all.
Anything else you you will help you.
