how do u start an ASMR channel? cuz I rlly wanted to make an YouTube channel too! I've loved ASMR videos since I was a kid but I'm a little embarrassed that someone will bully me because of it since I'm in high school

I waited until after high school to start doing asmr videos! you do run the risk of getting bullied when being passionate about something that’s out of the norm, but to be honest, every time somebody has made fun of me for what I like to do, it makes me want to do it 10x more lol. But i understand high school has certain politics that make expressing yourself really difficult, and not everybody has the same mindset.

my best advice is to weigh out the pros and cons. when i first made the channel i have now, i didn’t tell anybody and i loved all the creative freedom i had! i base a lot of my videos on triggers that i find to be relaxing for myself and any time i make a video inspired by somebody else i try to be good about giving credit where it’s due! My set up is also super easy. Just my phone & whatever mic i have around. The Apple mic is awesome!
