Rough drawings I did a while back to figure out how I wanna sculpt his beautiful face in my art style

I wanna write their lore and shit, I have a a small idea of what I want but I also have no clue😔 the small video I posted earlier today (just below this post) was kinda how they met and a progression showing their hangouts and shit, it was kinda sucky but it was my first time doing that.

Can someone give me some tips for a beginner artist like myself, I feel like something’s off but I’m not sure what.
