“Yeah, I think so.” The jellyfish got up, dusting her legs and looking around. “So this is some kind of.. circus..?”

Coral let out a small hum. “Okay.” She looked around. Didn’t seem like anyone she knew was here yet.. “I wonder if I’ll be able to get back to Kinito..” she muttered, more to herself than Jax.

Coral nodded. “Sure. Who knows? I might be able to find some of my friends.”

Coral nodded along as Jax showed her around. “So, there are others?” she asked as Jax was showing her the rooms that were assigned to them. “Where are they right now?”

”Do I have one?” They continued walking as Coral now had her attention somewhat on the doors.

”Likely, considering you showed up here. We’ll find it eventually.”

”Yeah, at least till Caine starts an adventure for us.”

”An adventure?” Coral’s curiosity was now piqued as they continued down the hall of doors. “Also, why do some doors have red X’s on the icon and some don’t?” She quickly realized how rude that sounded and added, “It’s okay if you’d rather not answer!”

Coral nodded. Sensing this was a sensitive subject, she moved on from it. “So, back to the rooms. Am I automatically assigned one, or do I get to pick from the ones that aren’t taken? Or does one just.. appear?”

”I think you just get assigned one automatically when you show up.”

“Seems like it. Want me wait here while you check it out?”

”It’s okay if you’d rather do something else while I look around my new room.” Coral gave Jax a soft smile before entering the room.

”I guess Caine planned an adventure. He’ll just teleport us to him sometimes. Sometimes he searches for us. It depends.”

Coral nodded and turned to Caine, now realizing he hadn’t met her yet. “I hope he doesn’t think I’m an NPC. I have friends I want to get back to.”

”Well you have a room, so I doubt he would.”

Coral nodded and turned to Caine, waiting for him to describe the adventure.

Bun and the other’s listened as Caine enthusiastically explained the adventure, which seemed to be a scavenger hunt adventure.

’A scavenger hunt,’ Coral thought, her tentacles twitching in curiosity. ‘Wonder what we’re going to be trying to find.’

“Yeah, I think so.” The jellyfish got up, dusting her legs and looking around. “So this is some kind of.. circus..?”
