Oh most definitely,

At first Snatcher brushed off the teasing and jabs like ‘you’ll understand when you older’ as kids being weird

He found it somewhat amusing at first, but there’s only so many times two kids try to boss you around before you get sick of it

It’s mostly for petty things with these guys

( game night is especially difficult, with who gets player one )

Hat Kid : I should’ve never come back here

Most, if not all, of the cannon plot points are too good not to use and for a novice writer like me it’s heavensent

These will be the major point I will be following in my TimeKid au, with a bit of extra points of my own in between

In my Au, Vanessa had some outside schooling away from her mother, alongside the Prince. Some of her happiest years actually, but eventually she was pulled out and her mother started homeschooling her again.

Around this time is when Beta first showed up and invited The Prince to travel and go on adventures.

Some stuff happens around this part of the story that I can’t say yet ( spoilers ) but all you need to know is, Beta is still popping in and out of Subcon, a cat in a mask is causing trouble, and a other shenanigans.

Afterwards is Queen Charlotte’s carriage accident.

Not too sure how good I conveyed it in a previous art post, but Vanessa is present on the day, and is the only survivor, found wearing her mothers prized coat.

After that, story mostly continues as normal, with some pushback from the Subconites after the Prince’s imprisonment,
