Bruce’s face brightened. “That’s what it is! I couldn’t remember for a second- Yeah, a few of the people here in R&D have read it. Fascinating stuff, really." His smile however, faltered at the stony face he was presented with, and he looked away, embarrassed under the clear blue stare. Here he thought Doctor Watson had been exaggerating in his blog. “Uh, yeah." He told the middle distance. “Yeah, that’s right." He forced himself to look up and meet his eye again, “There, uh, something I can do for you?"

At the mention of John's blog, Sherlock withheld an exasperated scowl. Nothing brought him more annoyance than being reminded of that blog. "Yes," he replied after a tense silence. "You can lend me your experience and knowledge in gamma radiation and nuclear physics in the form of a partnership." He paused, his hands now in his lap as he took a seat across the doctor. "A current case of mine demands a certain intellect that I currently do not have. Simple as that."
