For dinner last night I cooked up a sheet pan meal of pork chops and Brussels sprouts. I made a rub for the chops out of brown sugar, cumin, fennel seed, red pepper flakes, Kosher salt, and black pepper. I let chops sit in the fridge with the rub on them for about 2 hours. The sprouts were seasoned with olive oil, Kosher salt, and black pepper.
