this is a good analogy, I’ve been explaining cis people for awhile that someone’s pronouns are how you refer to them when you don’t use their name, and you wouldn’t refer to someone by another name just because of how they look, so names and pronouns are related in my head anyway

i seriously don’t get why people buy plastic and resin statues of anime characters. why would you not spend that money on full grain leather, waxed canvas, and forged metal goods? i assure you that your day-to-day life will be improved by owning this sort of thing and you need not hide them before women enter your home

what possible use could these gaudy little things have for you except to make every romantic interaction with a beautiful woman fraught with the fear that you have not tucked away your likeness of an anime girl that you find sexually attractive before exposing your deviant sexual desire to your paramour, as the paranoid did fear having left the stove on in the days before electric cookery? why not simply purchase a beautiful hand-turned burl pine bowl from a local artisan?
