Hi pals! Hehe Its been a long time that im not posting about my workout routines 😂😂 coz i retired for more than 3 months!! 🙄 So I decided to join gym near my home 🙂🙂🙂 and this is my progress for 42 days of gym.. I do OCD yg jendela makan 8 jam tapi aku gk eat clean wkwkw susah soalnya :’) soalnya gw suka bgt makan wkwkw tpi masih di kontrol kok.. Walaupun waktu itu gw gk workout berbulan” tapi gw masih OCD jdi gk melar” amat lah wkwkwk.. Kalo dri progress yg gw liat sendiri abs paling susah kebentuk karna musti jaga makan jga dan gw gk minum whey protein yah.. Paling kebentuk itu bagian back, biceps sama triceps sih kalo gw liat badan gw.. Tapi gw lupa foto yg before after triceps nya.. sama yg foto terakhir itu back gw kalo dikencengin.. Oh iyah gw lupa fto glutes wkwkw yudh next aja lah yah. Still progress but i enjoy and love it..
