- Jan was intense. I reached out and asked you to call me.  You sounded sooo upset on the phone that I actually told you let’s hang up and it’s okay, we can catch up later (never). You updated me on what would have been, to anyone else, a complete shit show - except for you. Your life had turned upside down, and somehow you were seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. You were still very upset about it though. I disagreed with you, in the most politically correct way, but it didn’t matter. We talked again in February. You messaged me at the end of April, and it took me 3 weeks to reply, with a lame ass “sorry, overwhelmed” excuse. You replied the next day and I haven’t replied since.
