As a note I haven't really gotten close to any people who are systems, so if I'm a idiot to you or don't use terms or pronouns you like, just ask me to adjust myself accordingly.

I currently don't know if I should list my triggers so I'm just going to say I have triggerable PTSD or give a basic list. Sometimes it has caused me to be fearful of people as well. I will do my part of trying to prevent being triggered, but it always helps for people to be mindful of it too.

Particularly mentions of substance abuse are risky around me. I won't mention the other stuff because it's more personal but yeah. It's not exactly a choice; I can just see things related to my trauma then feel like shit or not respond to people out of fear. ( That's a severe reaction but has occured)
