Oh man I'm kind of late with this. I meant to get this uploaded like a week ago, I had a whole big thing I wanted to do with a theme and everything but... it just didn't happen. I still wanted to upload what I had done though, which isn't a lot (by comparison to what I had wanted to do) but hey.
So it's three sets of Halloween themed recolors. Some garlands, some doormats (or bathmats, I think is what they actually are), and a small set of sweaters for male sims, just a handful of recolors for each.
vv(Details and Download under the cut)vv
First up, the garlands. These are recolors of Shastakiss' 4t2 DĂa de los Muertos banner. The textures come from the Fallout 4 Halloween decorations CC pack released with the next-gen update. Theres five variations, two are ghosts because there were more unique designs than i could fit in one recolor.
Meshes are NOT included. Download for them is here.
Textures are 512x512, files are compressed.
Next up is the rugs. These are recolors of kayleigh-83's 4t2 conversion of hezzasims fruit slice mat. I found a whole heap of Halloween themed rugs on amazon and decided throwing them into sims would be good. These are specifically one design, a spiders web recolored 6 times with 2 variations, one set has a spider the other does not, 12 recolors over all.
Again, meshes NOT included. Download them here.
Textures are 128x256, files are compressed.
(Above picture shows all colors across both variations, as well as both mesh sizes.)
Finally we have the sweaters. I was putting together the banner image for this and felt that there wasn't enough to warrant uploading this with just two little recolor sets, so I thought I'd add a third. Some recolors of webluepeace's 4t2 conversion of the spa day sweater for AM, plus TM and EM conversions by taylors-simblr. 6 recolors, the same for each age.
Meshes NOT included. Grab them here (am) and here (em & tm)

I finally figured out seating morphs, (thanks to @pforestsims tutorial.) so I decided to update this set. When I got done with that I decided I couldn't stand the original texture, so that got an update too, and so there's a whole new set of recolors along with the updated meshes, 25 plain colors and 22 houndstooth patterned swatches.
Some more details:
These meshes overwrite the old ones, make sure not to put both in your game (they have the same filenames)
Sofa and Chair are linked to loveseat (still) so you need the loveseat mesh for the others to work properly.
Because of the texture change, the default texture is no longer the one from Fallout 3. Instead it's what the two chairs are using in the preview image. The sofa and loveseat are its houndstooth equivalent.
Textures are 512x512, still one subset.
Files are compressed.
Polycounts are as follows:
Loveseat - F:1010/V:1218
Sofa - F:1408/V:1585
Chair - F:612/V:875
Download! (sfs)

I don't exactly like it when people make perfectly usable mods unavailable because they've made a new version, so I've uploaded my old version of this, with all recolors including some I forgot to upload before (they complete the swatch to match those Fo76 seats I did.) If you want them, for whatever reason, you can get them here.
(The new set replaced the download for the original meshes, and the bundled up old set replaced the original recolor upload, so the download count from the old uploads is still there lol)
There's only one change to the palette from the Fo76 set, and that's Wisteria, which replaced Dark Purple. Some of the houndstooth swatches use two colors from the solid swatches, which is why there's less. There's also an extra houndstooth color because when I was putting these swatches together I didn't like that one by itself on the last row lol. The extra is fawn from Shastas Yeti palette.
Credits: Ghanima for the original conversion, aogara on NexusMods for the new texture, which generously had open permissions as long as credit and a link to the original were given. pforestsims, as I mentioned earlier, for the tutorial. Aelia, Kiinuu, Huning, Eversims, and also Shastakiss for the colors used.
This is a list of programs that will make your life easier if you're an avid Sims 2 player. Click on program titles to get download links.
SimPE
The most known software for The Sims 2 that lets you edit package files. You can do basic stuff like rename a Sim, change family name, edit Sims' genetics as well as edit/create mods. Don't use if you have no idea what you're doing, watch a tutorial first or back up your neighborhood beforehand in case you mess something up!
The newest version also has a terrain editor.
Sims2Pack Clean Installer
The best program for installing downloaded lots and Sims. Those don't just go into Downloads, you need to install them!
Hood Checker
This program checks neighborhood references and can clean out ones that are broken. Also useful for bringing back lost graves (it's still good to have NoUnlinkOnDelete).
HCDU Plus
The Hack Conflict Detector Utility lets you scan your Downloads folder to check if you have any mods that edit the same aspect of the game, so can potentially be in conflict. Also useful to navigate which mods load first (load order is important for some mods to work).
What Caused This
When you have 'testingcheats' on, the game gives you error messages if there's something going on. Not all of them mean there's a serious problem, but What Caused This can help you navigate what the source is. Upload the log file (Documents/EA/TS2/Logs) in the program, give it your Downloads folder and it will scan it to look for the culprit. Might give you straighforward information on which mod conflict caused the issue or that you lack Smarter EP Check for a mod that requires it.
Outfit Organiser
You downloaded CC clothes that the creator marked as outerwear but you think they don't fit in that category? With this program you can quickly change that! It's also doable in SimPE, but Outfit Organiser is a lot easier to use.
CPack Editor
If you want to make plastic surgery genetic, there's no need to do it manually in SimPE, especially if it's more than one Sim. In CPack Editor, you just choose your neighborhood's folder, run the program, and it changes ALL surgery faces in that neighborhood to genetic!
I'm back, and this time, with something completely different. There's a number of reasons I've been away for so long, but I suppose the most important one is that I haven't managed to make/ finish any cc... and I can't say I expected this to be the first thing ready for upload.
I saw some conversions being made for this kit, and for some reason I felt compelled to look at what else was in it. I saw these and thought it was funny because they look really similar to some shorts in the Style Savvy/ Style Boutique/ Girls Mode games (why are there 3 separate titles)
I also want to say that I don't plan to make converting clothing into a thing I do. These weren't too hard but I really hate weighting. I hate making morphs. I only did these because I didn't want to wait for/ nag a more experienced person to make them.
Anyway, onto the details.
Comes in the 12 original colors
Shoes are from Sentates Pond skirt
AF Only! I thought I was pushing my luck managing to do this as smoothly as I did, and I don't really play other ages anyway.
Around ~1k Polycount I used the LOD1 mesh to make these because the difference in mesh quality didn't seem substantial but they're a better polycount for ts2
Has morphs, Files are compressed
A couple of issues I have to mention, there may be some clipping at the cuffs of the shorts on more extreme animations, it seems worse with the fat morph. I also managed to name the folder in the zip wrong... it says skirt not shorts. I seem to have gotten it right everywhere else at least lol

okay so im looking for some of my old CC, the first picture.. the plant terrarium on the shelf, second one the bread bin and mugs, third the tablet on the unit under the window. if anyone can find them for me please? ty so much
Hello, it's been a little while huh? I took a break for a bit, then just as I started working on stuff again, I wasn't able to use my computer for a while. Oh well, I got there in the end. And the download this time is, as you can see, yet another seating set from Fallout. This time from Fallout 76, it shows up in the Vault at the start of the game, and can also be crafted in camps too, I believe.
Details:
The sofa is the base mesh, with the loveseat and chair being linked to it. Only one subset.
Textures are 512x512. This is also mapped in kind of a silly way, with a lot of texture space going to a blanket... (which isn't on these edits because it added like 1k to the polycount, and it takes away versatility imo)
Comes in 25 colors in a modified palette from the other sets I've done. Swatch is included and listed below.
Files are compressed.
Download (sfs)
vv(Polycounts, Swatches, and Plain preview under cut)vv
Polycounts:
Sofa - F:1014/V:1399
Loveseat - F:1562/V:1220
Chair - F:1239/V:942 (I don't have a clue why the polycounts are so inconsistent. I tried fixing it and it did nothing.)
Sooo... I just accidentally deleted the coffee tables from my last upload from sfs, thinking it was a duplicate file, and it deleted the actual file. But the thing that's weird about this is that the file I deleted WAS a duplicate file with no downloads, which is precisely why I deleted it? Has anyone else had this happen?
Anyway, I replaced the file and all that but old reblogs now don't have a working link.... ugh.
Yes, more Fo4 conversions. I don't know why everything I've done so far has been seating (or tables) but oh well. This took a little longer than I had hoped because there were other things I'd wanted to convert but they just weren't turning out any good, so ultimately this is what I was left with. This is the sofa from the "Modern Domestic" set, plus the coffee tables from the Pre-War prologue of the game.
Details:
I've changed things up with the sofas a little this time, in two ways. The first is that while there is an add-on version without the armrest... things, there is also a standalone version of the armless mesh, which shares its guid with the original mesh, meaning you can use it without the original and still have all recolors.
The second change is that the sofa cushion recolors are all patterns this time, as I didn't really want to do the color ones again. (I'm not exactly sure on those palettes lol) The default texture is a plain blank color however, for easier recoloring.
The sofa has two subsets and the coffee tables have one, they both use the same natural wood colors as last time.
The small coffee table is linked to the big one.
Textures this time are 1024x1024, because they didn't size down well. Files are compressed.
Download Sofas (sfs)
Download Coffee Tables (sfs)
EDIT:I accidentally deleted the coffee tables from sfs thinking it was a duplicate file, so links in old reblogs won't work now... They're up again though.
vv(Polycounts, Swatches, and Plain previews under cut)vv
Polycounts:
Sofa - F:1014/V:970
Armless Sofa - F:614/V:610 (HALF??? Half the polys are in the arms??)
Alright, finally I could get both parts of this uploaded. So, November 10th is when Fallout 4 released back in 2015, making it 9 whole years old today. I decided I'd try doing some conversions of stuff. These are conversions from the "Modern Domestic" set in the game, you get the two end tables and a chair, plus a loveseat add-on for the chair.
Details:
The loveseat is linked to the chair, and the end small end table is linked to the big, meaning you will need those meshes for the others to work. The end tables and chairs aren't linked in any way, however.
And yes, they're both in end tables, and stand at typical end table height. The two-tile one is cloned from a conversion of an awesims sideboard (to get the slots and all that right) idk where the original download is but I got it here.
The chair has two subsets while the tables have just one.
The cushions on the chair are in the same 28 colors from last time, the woods on both sets are an assortment of 7 natural colors, using color actions by Hafiseazale.
Textures are 512x512, Files are compressed
Polycounts -
Chair - F:956/V:1235
Loveseat Add-On - F:1422/V:1803
Big End Table - F:612/V:636
Small End Table - F:344/V:352
Download End Tables (sfs)
Download Chair/Loveseat (sfs)

OH I almost forgot to mention, the end tables. They are about half the depth that they are in fo4, these things are massive by default. Like, they're too damn big in fo4 they're as thick as the shoulder span of an X-01, as I found out.

Okaaay I'm currently trying to upload a new thing but sfs is being... well sfs lol so I'm just gonna say this now;
Thank you to everyone who liked/ reblogged/ downloaded the first thing I uploaded, and thanks for all the follows too. I wasn't exactly expecting anyone to do that, I just decided to start posting stuff maybe on a whim, even if it was just as a backup for myself.
This set has been updated! Please look at the new post for info.
(old info under cut)
As the banner says, these are add-ons (+ an edited base mesh) of the FO3 suburban loveseat converted by Ghanima. I was kinda surprised that nobody ever did this considering how long this mesh has been around and how simple of a mesh it really is.
Details -
The textures on the sofa and chair are linked to the loveseat, this means you need the loveseat for the other two to work
The original conversion by Ghanima is actually a completely separate file from the loveseat included here, so you need to use the included loveseat mesh. It also doesn't overwrite the original file so keep that in mind if you have it.
They're recolorable, but I didn't include any recolors. Only 1 subset. (I'd have to choose what colors I want and that could take forever lol)
Textures are 512x512, re-extracted from FO3 for slightly better quality
Files are compressed.
I've also updated the meshes to fix the dark normals. The lighting on them will now look more like Maxis meshes.
I needed some carpet with texture. I couldn’t find any like I was looking for in the right colors/textures, so I made some. And if you want to have them, here they are. I will be putting up more colors later, just figured I would post these finished/tested ones first. No seams. It includes a new diffuse and normal map.
And now there is no reason for you not to make a living room that has orange shag carpet….

So here is another installment in my Plush SimMaster Carpet. This time there are a number of colors including from browns, grays, blacks and whites. Enjoy. (p.s. the color change on the second picture -at the far left- is caused by a window in game, probably should remove that for previews…)

I had an idea to build a TS2 recreation of the boutique from Style Savvy Trendsetters, but I wanted high quality reference pics with as many areas as I could get, which required me to find downloads for 3DS emulators/ROMs, and to get the pics I want I need to progress in the game where you unlock different options/interiors
so in other words I'm just playing Style Savvy and not TS2 lol
I actually had a similar idea recently, but instead it was to recreate the clothes from the games, so my first thought was the save editor, but the save editor doesn't HAVE the option to unlock decorations for any of the games (nor does it let you unlock clothes for Trendsetters in particular for... whatever reason)
So I went and tried to find some pictures of the boutique designs, these were the only ones I could find;
I could swear there's at least a couple more than that, and they're all only of one angle but at least it's a start right?
yeah I mean the normal thing for someone to do would be to find pre-existing screenshots online, but I like to waste my own time lol
although my main motivation for that was I wanted to build *my* boutique, so I'd need shots of the exterior with the specific design options that I like - well "need" is subjective lol
sometimes it's way easier to just do yourself whatever you're looking for instead of searching online, so I get it.
I dunno if it's helpful really but I DID find plenty of info for the 3rd and 4th games just not trendsetters here's a boutique guide for the 3rd game and one for the 4th The link for the 3rd game is interiors and exteriors, but the one for the 4th it's just exterior decorations because interiors are able to be decorated kinda like sims i guess. I dunno if there's any similarities between those designs and trendsetters though, I seriously remember none of it despite playing them all extensively lol
