i just wanted to let you know, for the ones who wanna know, that I'm doing better. honestly I'm going through thousands of emotions because I'm trying to move away for the first time alone and I'm a person... sometimes I'm really overwhelmed, scared and tired and sometimes I'm doing alright. if you have any advice I'm happy to learn but one thing i learned so far is that comfort zone is okay but not permanent, it shouldn't be. and that's okay.

It pains me to see that the world's being so cruel to you once again... I, too, know what's like to be the light for everyone else but in times of need feeling like there's nobody there for me... but I believe the key to get over those darker moments is that before giving that love to anyone else, give it to yourself first.

See yourself as this fragile being. Almost like a younger sister and take care of her.

Listen to your thoughts and worries but know that when someone's being toxic and hurting you, please just distance yourself from them. Being alone doesn't mean being lonely.

In life, I learned that when you need a hug you don't need to voice it out, you just reach out to someone and hug them. (Someone who you're comfortable with ofc)

Physical contact is as important as communication so I understand where you stand.

I'm sorry that nobody's reaching out for you and not to you... Just know that I'm here. We may not live in the same place or speak the same language but I'm always here. To listen, to be a shoulder to cry on but to cheer you up as well and remind you of how powerful and amazing you are.
