Whoa I totally left this blog for over a week

Sorry about that! There was some school work that I couldn't put off and when I was on with that the only motivation I had was to draw things on my personal ;;; But I'm on spring break right now, so I'll hopefully get this blog back into being relatively active again!

—❅❅ He gave a half-hearted laugh at her comment, "You don't know the half of it." Rude or not, she was pretty spot on. When it came to how they had to live sometimes, bad was an understatement. Still, it wasn't like he had anyone else he could go to. And Yato wasn't that bad. Usually.

He considered declining her offer for help at first, more or less confident that he'd be able to find the deity in a short enough amount of time. They almost always had a habit of finding each other at the most convenient time, anyhow. However, she probably had a better idea as to where he had been heading before. Having her as a guide, if only for a little while, definitely beat walking around in circles.

"Sure, I wouldn't mind some help." Before they could continue, she found that it was a best time to give an introduction. You'd think she would've done it earlier, but then again, he hadn't either.

yato just continued to stare into space, imagining that head of blonde hair that barely reached his shoulder. it made him happy to know that yukine was still living on, even though he couldn’t see him anymore. but it made him sad too. how on earth was he supposed to explain himself? what would yukine think if he’d been given life as a punishment?

but… what was he supposed to say now? even if he’d guessed right, he still couldn’t hear the other male.

"…at least now i know you’re okay…"

okay. so what now? he couldn’t very well just walk around with an invisible kid tugging on his sleeve. that’d just garner him a whole new throng of weird looks from by-passers.

—❅❅ This whole situation was frustrating Yukine more as time continued to fly by. Yato just wasn't making any sense to him right now. Why wouldn't he be okay? How come he couldn't see him or hear him? His grasp lightened from the older male's sleeve, gaze falling to the ground for just a moment. Maybe it was better if he just left? The way things were going now, it wouldn't seem like it would make much of a difference. But-

The sleeve was tugged on lightly once, then twice. Even if Yato couldn't see him, he stared intently into the other's blue eyes. Tell me what happened.

He was still Yato's Regalia, even if the other couldn't see or hear him anymore, and he wasn't going to leave until he at least had a better idea of what was going on.

[ “Kinda…I don’t know…he gave me a description and you seem to match it perfectly…said he needed to see you…but he didn’t sound overly worried…but I’m sure the feeling was there.” ] She was one that didn’t pay much attention to detail unless it was vital…it seemed that the stranger from earlier needed to find a boy of this description…this kid seemed like the nearest to it. [ “Are two like brothers…I mean…neither of you look alike but I’m only going to go ahead and assume so putting into consideration his way of speech.” ] At least she can admit to herself that she spoke quite a lot…but for now that wasn’t important…what was important was waiting for the boy’s answers so ultimately it could lead her to asking if he wanted help finding that strange jersey man again.

—❅❅ He shrugged, not satisfied with the response but he wasn't going to complain. It wasn't quite the answer he was looking for, but he wasn't going to pester her about it any more. At least she had the decency to actually tell him that Yato was looking for him in the first place. Most people wouldn't pay any mind to someone with Yato's looks.

"Huh?" Eyes widened at her question; it completely caught him off guard. He didn't really think of his relationship with Yato too much. It was... complicated, to say the least. Flat out telling her the truth probably wasn't the best idea. Bright eyes narrowed in thought as he tried to figure the best way to answer.

"Something like that? I dunno. He's more of a 'legal guardian', I guess." Even if he did a poor job at it most of the time.

Of course being one of Japan’s greatest Idols of all time gave her that unwanted attention…but never this amount in one day…usually it was the odd few every now and then…nope not today. [ “Oh by the way…” ] She turned to a boy…he seemed to have matched a description that was given to her not so long ago…and so with that…she carried on. [ “A strange man is looking for you…not so tall…black hair…really crappy looking white scarf? Ugly jersey….yeah that kinda stuff.” ] That sounded more like an insult then a description…but regardless…it was there…she might as well stand still for a moment as to hear the response of the blonde.

—❅❅ It was looking to be another eventless day for him. No jobs had come in today, so the blonde found it was the perfect opportunity to slip away from Yato while he still had the chance. What he was going to do after he got away, he didn't know, but until then he enjoyed what freedom he could get a hold of right now.

He paused midstep at the girl's voice, apparently addressing him. Turning, he gave her a curious glance, wondering what she wanted with him. Or how she'd even managed to notice him, even though nowadays it seemed to be a more common occurrence.

His shoulders slumped as she gave the all-too familiar description of the minor god and he couldn't help the sigh that escaped him. So much for having a free day.

"Was he desperate to find me?" He wasn't going to waste his time trying to pinpoint the ravenette if it wasn't something urgent. As far as he could tell, there was nothing out of the ordinary going on, but it wouldn't hurt to check.
