A small ping went off on Grandma's phone, and she gently put down the dish she had been washing in the sink, grabbing a rag to dry her hands. Through it, her humming never faltered, tune never changed, not a single flinch. She's calm as can be as she looks out the kitchen window and says, "I'll be back in just a bit Dearies. A client is here to discuss me making some clothes for a stage play. You lot stay right here."
The only woman walks out the door on her own, pressing a hidden button on the under side of one of the banisters that locks everyone in the house inside the house as all the locks silently slide into place. They will be safe behind the sturdy solid oak doors and bullet proof glass. She hopes they are all just enjoying their meals and won't notice her taking care of... Business.
If anyone is watching from the window, they will see Granny slowly make her way over to the figure in the distance, just standing next to the cow pasture. Even if they were able to get outside, they would not be able to hear what if being said by the pair.
At first everything seems calm and normal between them before the other figure points at Granny accusingly about something. Both of them are starting to raise their voices but it's still impossible to know what they're staying. Their waving becomes more and more agitated and aggressive as they continue to argue over something. Until the unknown stick pulls out something that glints in the sun light.
BANG
Inside the house, the peace is shattered by a loud gunshot and Granny screeching curses at the top of her lungs. There is blood on the lawn but Granny is still standing as she uses her cane to crack the stick across the head, Snarling at them as she leaps for their gun, wrestling with them for it.
Soon the gun is thrown away, but in return, the older woman is thrown into the fence post, head visibly smacking the wood and leaving a small streak of red on it. She kicks out her attack's legs out from under them and lunges. At some point a knife is drawn, both rolling as they try to take it and stab the other.
Soon the house is finally breached by whoever has the strength to break through a window or door, or whoever has the smarts to not panic enough to unlock the door rather than just yanking on the knob like panic would naturally tell most to do. Not that it can be unlocked from the inside without one of the unmarked keeps hanging on the hooks next to the kitchen door, and with a dozen keys it could take a few tries. When it is, the attacker shoves Granny off, pulls out a small box and throws it on the ground. A portal much like the one Vic used to escape the destruction of the New Grounds attack opens where the box hit.
With a screech, the unknown stick tackles Granny, shoving the both of them through the portal. Within seconds, it is closed, leaving not even the fastest among those present able to follow Theater, to save her from whoever that was.
All that is left of the scuffle to prove it even happen is the concerning amount of blood in the grass and the gun laying a few feet away from where the scuffle happened.
(Snow was just reading a fantasy book she found, curled up in a chair and nearly dozing off every once in a while. she barely noticed theater leaving and had just fallen asleep when..)
BANG
(They fell out of the chair, landing on the ground with a decently loud smack, and after getting up, she immediately rushed to the windows, seeing theater fighting some random stick.)
WAIT, GRANNY!! Oh α²α±α¨α
(she then tried to unlock the window she was next to, which failed.)
(They then turned around to see sky anon charging into a door and heard..)

(One second she was crashing into the door, the next she was on the ground)
