The biggest thing I’m looking for is that Sesshomaru stays true to his character. I love when he’s written as quiet, reserved, and emotionally subtle instead of acting completely out of character. I’d love for Rin to feel like herself too.

I’m open to canon, post-canon, or pretty much any AU except modern settings (they just aren’t really my thing).

I especially love:

• Slow burn

• Well-developed relationships

• Strong writing

• Stories with a lot of emotional depth

I’d be thrilled to find some longer fics that I can really get invested in, but if there’s a one-shot you think is an absolute must-read, I’d love that too.
