Summary: A new prophecy comes to light, one that promises death for Harry Potter and enslavement for the wizarding world, unless Harry himself consents to being enslaved—irrevocably and for life—to Severus Snape.
Notes:
Snape and Harry are thrown into a situation in which Harry becomes Snape’s slave. Harry must learn how to deal with this or the wizarding world as they know it will cease to exist. This piece of work literally took up two weeks to finish. I pride myself in being a rather fast reader but this one? This one will consume you. What is especially wonderful about this is that it really seemed to capture the essence of Rowling’s characters, which is an incredible feat. Most Snarry tend to adopt the fannon characterizations of these two men. This, however, seemed to follow the book’s characterization, which made it awkward at times, but much more realistic in a sense that you could see this happening this way if Rowling actually did write it. There were times where the author somewhat slowed the pace of the story down the a crawl and I really wanted it to just get to the point, but those times were few and far between considering the sheer LENGTH of this. With all the twists and turns, you just fall more and more under the story’s spell until you’re at work or school waiting to be able to read the rest (or like me, put it on some electronic device and take it with you :D)
