This sounds so familiar and I’m pretty sure I’ve read this but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called and I can’t find it in my saved fic folders D: Any f-list that can help put us out of our misery?

Title:Get in Touch with Your Inner Snape Author: willidan Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance, comedy Progress: Oneshot Found: Ink Stained Fingers Archive Summary: It certainly wasn’t everyday that you could claim that by adopting the attitude of the most irritating person in the world you were able to save the world. Notes: I found this fic very entertaining in the way that everyone seems to think that Snape and Harry are a couple when in fact Harry just wants everyone to know and understand how amazing a person like Snape really is :D

Title: Cambiare Podentes Invocare and Madurare Author: Jordan Grant Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance, angst Progress: finished multipart Found: walkingtheplank Summary: A new prophecy comes to light, one that promises death for Harry Potter and enslavement for the wizarding world, unless Harry himself consents to being enslaved—irrevocably and for life—to Severus Snape.  Notes: Snape and Harry are thrown into a situation in which Harry becomes Snape’s slave. Harry must learn how to deal with this or the wizarding world as they know it will cease to exist. This piece of work literally took up two weeks to finish. I pride myself in being a rather fast reader but this one? This one will consume you. What is especially wonderful about this is that it really seemed to capture the essence of Rowling’s characters, which is an incredible feat. Most Snarry tend to adopt the fannon characterizations of these two men. This, however, seemed to follow the book’s characterization, which made it awkward at times, but much more realistic in a sense that you could see this happening this way if Rowling actually did write it. There were times where the author somewhat slowed the pace of the story down the a crawl and I really wanted it to just get to the point, but those times were few and far between considering the sheer LENGTH of this. With all the twists and turns, you just fall more and more under the story’s spell until you’re at work or school waiting to be able to read the rest (or like me, put it on some electronic device and take it with you :D)

Title:38 Degrees Author: Lise Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter Rating: PG-13 Genre: Romance Progress: Oneshot Found: Fictionally.org Summary: On warmth, and unseen smiles, and the many meanings of nudity. Notes: Don’t ask me if I’m kidding. As you well know, I do not kid. A very Severus thing to say XD I love the simplicity of this fic. It was almost too sweet at some parts, but completely believable. A beautiful little slice of life that makes you remember that there’s more to Snarry than the angst that I usually associate with this pairing.

Title:And Then There were Three Author: Amy Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance Progress: Finished Found: pornbunnyfarm.com Summary: Snape asks Draco and Harry to participate in the first round of his Petitioner’s Courtship as a favour, and they both allow themselves to consider his suit more seriously than anyone expected. Notes: I love this story. One of the most well thought-out of the pairing, as it were. I love the characterization of the cannon characters as well as the OMCs, which is unusual. They came across as real people and not as just fillers in the story. I was surprised at the lack of any Ron and Hermione, but it still felt natural for Harry to have grown apart from them, as a traveling wizard. Draco’s personality was especially lovely. I couldn’t imagine him any better. Suffice to say that years do mature the boy, and this was a great portrayal of that. I love the way all three of them are unsure of their love for each other and Draco’s not so subtle hints on how they should resolve the tension between them. The plot itself was interesting. I loved the concept of the Petitioner’s Courtship. It was interesting and very well explained in the story, unlike some others that I’ve read of the same concept.

Title: Eye for an Eye Author: Arsenic Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance Progress: Finished Found: the-archive.net Summary: Harry owes Draco a Life Debt. Notes: Starts off as Snarco and ends with Drapery. This is the first fanfic that I’ve read that had any sort of Severus/Draco, so I really didn’t know how the couple worked dynamically, much less with a Harry involved. Despite this, it was a nice introduction into the possible love between these two characters.

Title:Come for Christmas & Came for Christmas Author: GMTH Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter  Rating: NC-17 Genre: PWP, Comedy Progress: Oneshot(s) Found:  Summary: Why Hermione and Ron shouldn’t come over for Christmas. Written as part of the Slash Advent Calendar. Notes: A really hilarious little fic about the inadvertent voyeurs Hermione and Ron. The sex between Snarry is awesome, it’s the consequence of their loud, hot sex that really makes these two fics shine :D

Title:Mirror Magic Author: Go Seaward Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter, Severus Snape/Remus Lupin  Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance Progress: Oneshot Found:  Summary: The day it first happened, Severus Snape was, as usual, standing in front of the mirror after a shower.  Notes: I’m not a sort of person that likes to deviate from my favorite pairings, but this was quite the interesting turn of events. I loved Lupin in this and Harry was beautifully written as an adult trying to find a balance between the houses. And, of course, I enjoyed the mirror magic, just because XDD

Title:And Miles to Go before I Sleep Author: GMTH Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter  Rating: NC-17 Genre: PWP, Angst Progress: Oneshot Found:  Summary: "Right, then, Potter, let’s see what the tally is so far."  Notes: This is a unique dark fic that I haven’t had the pleasure of reading before. Sure, there have been variations, but the essence of it made me feel as if this was something new. It’s refreshing and yet at the same time makes you feel all sorts of sad at the plight that Harry faces. Severus is by no means the good guy and I’m pretty sure I would hate him if he weren’t Severus (‘cause I’m bias like that).

Title:Echoes Author: gingertart50 Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter Rating: NC-17 Genre: Romance Progress: Finished Found: insanejournal Summary: Everyone has been given perfume for Christmas, odd things happen as a result and Harry finds himself juggling match-making children, senile household appliances and two very fraught relationships. Notes: I actually love how the children are written into the story, especially Lily. And Teddy is also in this, which is great. As for the actual story, I love the description of the perfumes. It makes me want one. And the characterization of Severus was pretty much like him.

Title:A Necessary Condition Author: Abbybanks Fandom/Pairing: Harry Potter - Severus Snape/Harry Potter Rating: R Genre: Comedy Progress: Oneshot Found: insanejournal.com Summary: When Professors Snape and Potter have one argument too many, the Headmistress resorts to magic to make them behave. Now they are working together to lift her hex, but there's something that Harry's forgotten... Notes: This story felt original, though it's a variation on a theme that's well used. It might be the style or the way the author went about it, but it gives the feeling of innovation. The ending makes you crave for more because it definitely should end there!

One of the most beautiful and inventive in its fandom. I love the concepts and the way it felt so very much real and practical. I would have loved to know the fight that ensues afterward, but I think leaving it there gives it a sense of completion even without the details of the war.
