Turtle Sundae Trail Mix: almonds, caramel filled mini confection cups, mini caramel truffles, white chocolate chips, peanuts, sweet and salty pecans.

S'mores Trail Mix: graham cracker bites, white confectionery chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, marshmallow truffles, peanuts, milk chocolate covered almonds.

Salted Caramel Trail Mix: peanuts, caramel flavored drops, milk chocolate caramel bits, yogurt covered waffle cone pieces, honey roasted cashews and honey roasted almonds.

Sweet & Spicy Trail Mix: honey roasted peanuts, toffee peanuts, Cajun corn sticks, peanuts, honey roasted sesame sticks and almonds.

Mountain Trail Mix: peanuts, raisins, M&M's, cashews and almonds.

Fruit & Nut Trail Mix: raisins, banana chips, peanuts, dried cranberries, dried pineapple and dried papaya.

Honey Mustard Trail Mix: pretzels, honey roasted peanuts, honey roasted sesame chips, honey mustard mini bagel chips tossed in a honey mustard seasoning.

Peanut Lovers Trail Mix: peanuts, Reese's peanut butter cups, peanut butter drops, chocolate covered peanuts.

ACTIVE TIME: 50 MINUTES

TOTAL TIME: 1 HOUR + 30 MINUTES

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

2 cans mixed veggies (drained)

2 eggs

⅔ cup milk

1 large ham steak

1 (16-ounce) block Colby Jack cheese

1 (16-ounce) block Sharp Cheddar cheese

Butter (to taste)

Steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F and gather ingredients.

Combine corn muffin mix, eggs, and milk in a casserole dish until only a little lumpy.

Drain the two cans of mixed veggies and add them to the mix. Fold them into the mix until well-coated.

Bake at 400°F for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.

Pan fry the ham steak until browned on both sides. Use butter to grease the pan (optional).

When the ham steak is done, chop it up and place off to the side.

When the casserole is done baking, remove it from the oven and shred the cheese onto the top while still hot. Add the ham steak cubes.

The brand is Pop & Bottle, this brand is women-owned, fair trade, non-GMO, and no dairy.

It's an oat milk latte with a collagen boost. It's shelf-stable but I reccomend drinking it after refrigerating.😋

And for that caffeine boost, this can contains 80mg of caffeine.
