I think this happened at least a couple of times for sure.

Tho "too drunk to continue playing" for him is only when he completely passes out in the middle of a drunken muttering or/and when he is no longer physically able even to hold the shotgun (and I'm not even talking about seeing where to shoot or holding it STRAIGHT).

Everything before that is "still able", and this is when it gets more terrifying to play with him after other people. The Dealer doesn't look like someone who would easily give up the game and give themselves a rest (and protect others from their drunk ass).
