The deadline for editor applications is May 23rd, 2014 

Don't want to be an editor, but still want to participate in this awesome opportunity? Submit your work for consideration! If your work makes it, you will officially be a published artist. Submit Poetry, Short Stories (max 3,000 words), or Art/Photography. Go here and fill out Submission Cover Sheet, and the bottom where it says APPLICATIONS AND FORMS.
