Cigarettes: 0 Drinks: 0 Steps: 8,000 Caffeine: 0g ...really good week, have had cravings and been really sleepy, being having daily naps, but i feel better already!

But this is one day, I can't imagine what the next few days will be like, they are meant to be the worst.

Cigarettes : 0 Drinks : 0 Calories : 2600 Caffeine : 0 (do you count diet coke?) Steps : 10,000 + So far this has been a good day 😆 I think! So I ate a bit too much garlic bread but no ciggies... Books : One flew over the cuckoo's nest Movies / tv : Battlestar Galactica , the Bridget Jone's Diary & Friends This is a proper girls day, BSG remake is okay, but what I really needed was the diary... A girl who is socially awkward, trying to quit smoking and loose weight, plus wanting a boyfriend .... LoL 😁

For Christmas I got a new phone, a Nokia Lumia .... And so far i am very impressed! But the first app I checked out was health and fitness, that was already on the phone, and is now my favourite. As well as being free (always a bonus) this app lets you track your 10,000 steps a day, count your calories with a huge food library that will show you how many calories you have been eating. This will surprise many of you. I an trying to lose weight and this app gives me diet ideas, as well as articles on the way I live my life.
