Smart property inventories have now opened their brand new offices where we inventory clercks send their work to be processed and property inventory reports
It’s exactly two months since the digger arrived at Smart Inventory HQ, where we process all our property inventories, and we moved into our bespoke office yesterday with only a couple of minor jobs left to do. It has been quite an undertaking with some unforeseen problems that reared their ugly heads as we went along.
We visited a property in Croydon for a check-out. We hadn’t done the check-in, but the landlord assured us he would bring a hard copy of the inventory with him. When we got there, we met the landlord and a locksmith, and discovered that the outgoing tenant had padlocked the front door. To make matters worse, we couldn’t get access until the bailiff arrived.
