Okay I have a dilemma:
I really want the Waterstones edition of tlkof, because I love the Dru&Ash artwork inside and I think the sprayed edges are way more pretty and fit the cover more than the international version's.
However I would have to order it to my country from the UK and oh god the taxes... it would cost like 50 euros! Am I so opsessed that I am actually gonna buy it?
What do you think? Do any of you have the same problem?

Okay I don't like the idea of the love triangle thing between Druash and Jaime. But I was just thinking about the ask where Cassie said that the love triangle would be "Delayed? Unusual? Complicated?". We know Ash is a simp for Dru, Dru will be interested in Ash, so what if Jaime is not interested in Dru but instead into Ash?!
This is a crackpot theory really! I don't think it will happen, but it sure would make it "unusual" and "complicated" hehe
I am hoping that in TWP there is a fight that happens early in the morning when the sun has not risen yet, and Ash would be fighting in the sky. And when the sun rises, the light would reflect on Ash's wings and Phaesphoros, and Ash would be described as "a star in the morning sky". It would be so marvelous <3

He does! He remembers her well though he won't necessarily admit it at first. She certainly changed him, as he has only known otherwise terrible role models.

Does jocelyn know about ash's existence? do they get any scenes together in tlkof?
She knows about his existence but thinks at the beginning of TWP that he is in Thule and she will never meet him. Whether she does meet him I cannot say. :)
Have you considered the fact that if the Seelie Queen dies, then Ash or Kit becomes the new Seelie King (most likely, if there is not some kind of uprising or something). And imo I think that Ash would become the King since he is the official heir of the Seelie Queen. That thought is crazy to me and I really wish that the Queen stays alive through tlkof at least, my boy needs to manage his personal trauma and live a little before becomming a King๐๐
I'm desperately waiting for tlkof, but I just know that reading about Ash's trauma will make me cry :( We'll learn so much more about the things that happened to him, I think, and I'm not ready for it </3

I tried to make the rose dress from the Frostbite.studio's art for Dru, tho I don't think I catched it the way I wanted ๐ Also I made some changes to Ash's attire from the same art - in my mind he uses capes a lot and here he has one ๐
I am happy with it, but I do think that the perspective is a bit weird, and I did have quite many problems with Dru's hand positions etc. But anyways hope you like it!! ๐ซถ๐ซถ
I think of new headcanons everyday, and I am afraid that my expectations for tlkof are getting too high ๐
But anyways, it would be extremely funny to me if Ash, Dru and Clary lived together in the house Ash and Janus have in Faerie, and some morning Ash walks to breakfast like totally messed up and seeming like he hasn't slept at all. And when Dru asks him what happened, he would be shrugging and says "Two deer broke into my room last night - it took me some time to get them out." And then he just continues to make breakfast for himself ๐ And Dru and Clary would be like ๐คจ
I just really want to see Ash attracting the creatures from Faerie to him like Cassie has said he does xD

Okay I am certain that Dru and Ash are going to participate to a faerie revel in tlkof. Cassie said in one of the videos on her Instagram that "We will be spending a lot of time in Faerie - among the royalty and the debauchery and fun that is Faerie" and I think we haven't really ever gotten a longer scene in a faerie revel before - tho I cannot remember if there was some in tda. And we also have the art with Dru in a dress etc. So it would make sense. But anyways to the point, I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE ASH ASKING DRU TO DANCE WITH HIM!!! Because I am very very confident that that is something he will do - since we all know how smooth the guy is from the snippets! ๐คญ

What if the love triangle between Ash, Dru and Jaime happens like this: Ash and Dru fall in love during tlkof (All tho Ash seems to be down bad already ;) ) and at the end Dru forgets Ash again and Jaime gets resqued from somewhere or something. And then she figures she might have a little crush still on Jaime and they have a little thing and Ash is heartbroken etc. etc.
I just know that morgenthorn will be the end of me, whatever happens ๐ญ๐ญ
What are your guesses of how the things in the club in the beginning of tlkof will unravel? How are Dru and Clary kidnapped? Will Ash take part in the kidnapping, is he at club physically as well?
Seriously, I cannot live without that book. I am updating my tumblr again again every day just so I can see if there are any updates. I need to know Ash Morgenstern better, I want to read about him with Dru... I am seeiously living on crums atm...

I hope that there would be a scene in twp where Ash saves Max some way. Max would be in danger and everyone panics but Ash flies to save him.
It would be poetic in a way: Sebastian killed Max, but Ash saved Max.
What is our current knowlege about Ash's perfect loyalty spell? Who does it effect and who not?
I read the tda some years ago, and if I remember correctly the old unseelie king said something like "he does not mind to hurt Sebastian Morgenster's son". Did the spell have an effect on him? No? Had it something to do with the fact that he put the spell on Ash? Or the bottle of Ash's blood he had?
Also why didn't Sebastian of Thule feel perfect loyalty towards Ash?
So confusing.
