errr…anyway…yeah this seeming change in aesthetic for genesis is in no way surprising.
it’s been over a long period of time so it’s easy to miss but like. her style had been getting less and less goth and more and more “goth gf” for a while now… like (and ignore my 10 year old phone camera) this is her when she first started (clearly trying to be trad goth-y)
and this is her this year (with a manager/stage aunt and a PR team controlling her image)
and don’t get me started on the album cover for fallen this year. like. we shouldve seen this coming from a mile away unfortunately
