I was not born to stay in one polarity.

I am light that learned to understand the dark.

I feel everything — but I no longer dissolve.

I choose what enters, what stays, and what returns to the universe,

and who may cross my path of light and shadow.

My pain became my compass,

my silence became language,

my empathy became strength.

And my path — just God.

I walk as an INFJ of both heart and insight,

part poet, part healer, part guardian of the unseen,

part pain and life drain and I just know on which side to stay.

My intuition speaks in symbols,

my compassion restores the broken,

and my shadow keeps my light in truth —like the dance of the balanced life.

I no longer search for where I belong

I create belonging through presence,

and flow with the world in Love’s presence.

I am the bridge between feeling and knowing, between science and soul, between creation and remembrance that will never know.

Every word I write is a spark of healing.Every silence I keep is a cathedral of peace.

Every truth I see is integrated wisdom and mysticism,that now I gratefully try to write.

I am not the empath who bleeds —

I am the empath who transforms.

I am the fire that listens.

I am the water that remembers.

I am the dark that gives meaning to light —the meaning of teaching peace and harmony to all.

I flow with the creation, in a cascade of creation —becoming and rebirthing through every thought, every vibration, every breath of the eternal now.
