Casually start suggesting ways for me to lose weight.
Make comments about my clothes not fitting (they do but make me feel bad anyway)
Start liking pics of skinnier girls
Compliment women that are skinnier than me (especially if they're my friends or yours)
Slowly start making me feel bad about my weight again.....
...and then once you get me to start eating a little less and a little healthier and working out... keep doing all of those things.
And make me weigh myself for you frequently.
And when I still don't look good enough for you and you're still not happy with me...
Start encouraging my eating disorders.
Tell me I don't need to eat tonight. I'll feel better if I skip this meal. Convince me to start purging again by telling me you'll stop giving the other women attention once I reach the goals.
Keep changing the goals. Keep the cycle going. Make me tiny and pretty for you.
