Feeling... Un chill?
We all get that moment. So this mini guide will help you how to turn your frown upside down! Or sideways at least.
1. Blast music you like. I like rap so i blast rap. Make sure the music isnāt sad or depressing.
2. Get some om noms (junk food and/or pop) and enjoy.
3. Bath or shower. Sit In the tub and chillax or take a shower. Itās relaxing and will calm you down.
4. Do fun stuff. Go out, play xbox, whatever you like to do, do it!
5. Donāt search the internet a for guides and not do them. Not cool.
6. Laugh. Search up some funny videos, get someone to tell a joke, ect!
7. Hang with chill and funny people cause the peps you hang with influence your feelings and your thinking.
