Does anyone else send their hobbies and hyperfixations to the PROVING GROUNDS (tm) for a few years before they spend serious money on them. Been spending money on music equipment lately and so scared it's gonna be a very expensive phase and then I have to remind myself I have been making music on free phone software for like. 12?? years now. I'm allowed a $200 laptop and a $300 midi controller and maybe even a $100 DAW if I'm feeling quirky

#okay but seriously the laptop is such a steal #for $200 #2018 MacBook Pro with 16gb ram and 512gb storage and that means I can access super old garageband projects and bring them back to life #the screen is very fucked up but it's okay I have visual snow I can't tell the difference between tech gore and my own eyes being silly
