my everyday dilemma: taking a shower at home or taking a shower at work. i'm too lazy for either but i've got to feel clean enough for work

i forgot i used to purge for pretty much anything. stomachache? purge, headache? purge, bad mood? purge, good mood? purge, had food? purge, had no food? purge.... i hope this one time won't turn into a habit again

i relapsed into purging but can we all keep pretending i have a healthy relationship with food

when i tell someone i haven't had my period since i was 12 and they tell me how lucky i am not to experience that pain anymore but i never said i stopped having cramps? the pain doesn't automatically disappear once you stop bleeding guys it's very much still there and that's how i know when i should be having my period every month
