I feel so tired from doing nothing, my body's so drained but all I do is sit around and watch my home rot around me until my mom has to drag me to clean. She's become such a soft person over the years

As of late I've been feeling really shitty about the state of the house n it shows I think. I can't ever feel calm r at ease, I can't go barefoot because even when I've just cleaned i might slip on dog piss, but no one's cleaned the floor in. A week? Two? It smells terrible because I keep reusing the same shitty mop, there's flies and mosquitoes fucking everywhere no matter how clean it is like the walls themselves are made of rotting meat, cockroaches and all that shit. My room is a disaster, there's yellow stains from dirty water on the floor, I barely have underwear n my laundry pile is taller than me. The tables are smudged, my phone is smudged, my glasses are smudged, I smell no matter how recently I showered, everything itches, I have bug bites everywhere, I can't drink coffee without it looking strange. Every day I look at myself and I'm dissatisfied, with how I am, with how I come off, I can hardly sleep because everywhere is so dirty, I hate my room and whenever I touch the couch cushions it has these weird bits of dirt and dust, the texture is grimy like grease, my fingers feel gross after touching it. All of this is just because I'm too lazy to clean n I know I'm doing this to myself but I just don't. Fucking move to do anything. Even when the computers busted I just fuck around on my phone all day LMAO
