The Shadowscape

               Below is a story a kid wrote about me and another teacher.  It is not mine, but I thought it was hilarious that a lot of the kids at the school actually ship us together.  I’ve changed our names in it and fixed up a little bit of his writing; I take no credit for this and no real names will be given.

 One night that was once a day, there was a girl who could fly and a bandit who could hide.  The bandit had a love for the girl.  She never knew that.  The girl’s name is Diana and the bandit’s is David-Not-David.

               The girl went to the beach to enjoy a good sunbath and swim in the water.  The bandit wanted to tell the girl he is there, but the bandit was invisible.  The girl got scared because something was talking, but nobody was there, so she flew away.

               The bandit was sad, but he never gave up.  So he followed her.  The bandit wanted her so bad.  So bad that he became invisible and stole her.  The girl freaked out that she was in a cage.

               She knew that the thing at the beach stole her. She made these glasses that can see thermal energy.  She was very smart.  She escaped and used the glasses.  The bandit got home and saw her.  He tried to get her, but she stabbed him with a piece of glass.
