It's been two days of confirmed right ACL tear and suspected partial left ACL tear for the 97 pound pup of mine.

This house is not made for the disabled. Or the large dogs who may become disabled, hopefully only temporarily. Either way, he's gonna need to learn it's okay to go in the house. My body is feeling the lifts.

And no call back from our regular vet despite me leaving a message the minute they opened up.

This plus me being in charge and likely using my savings to foot most of the upcoming bills has me overwhelmed to the max.

(And my boss is off this week so I'm not supposed to take off myself, but I hate the idea of my boy being here alone all day, hurting, to add insult to literal and metaphorical injury)
