After being spared on a Normal Route, SNEO has the line "My days as a [Long-Nosed Doll] are over!!!". We know he hates being a puppet, "doll" is a synonym for that, so that's a negative descriptor. But it's curious to me that he doesn't just say "doll", but specifies "long-nosed doll", which implies that's also negative.
I could be reading too much into it, but the word choice here may imply that he doesn't like his long nose, which, if true, would mean that Tenna loving his nose so much he literally got himself a fake one to match is an example of him loving the traits Spamton was insecure about.
Actually, there might be some evidence in favor of this interpretation, and it's that Spamton's nose seems to be longer than the noses of other Addisons:
Iirc we only have one up-close shot of an Addison (through one of Poppup's attacks), so that alone wouldn't be definitive, but you can actually see the difference even in their overworld sprites.
Poor guy was so used to being "worse" or "lesser" than the other Addisons that he probably assumed every difference he had from them was a bad thing and was insecure about it.

saw a post that made me mad again. spamton wouldnt sell his hypothetical child for a penny. we meet spamton after hes been in chronic poverty for maybe a decade and has lost his mind begging for help in a dumpster withour any sign of ever having his pleas answered and the joke of "lollll spamton is so evil he would kill his baby for fun" is disgusting.
and tenna, as he is presented in game, would be a horrible single parent. mike has to be the father/parent that stepped up until tenna gets his shit together.
also if spamtenna doesnt reconcile that pipis explodes or rots and then explodes. thats my theory
