31 · i was termed at 10k so please just block, don't report. i use this to cope. i attempted recovery several times over and it still doesn't feel good enough. i suppose it has something to do with the fact that i am still obese and don't feel that i can genuinely recover while actively losing weight. missed this safe space and community of like-minded people going through the same old bullshit and being able to find humour in the struggles. i'm not pro anything except recovery. i just need this space to be my journal to vent and shitpost.

i did some healthy grocery shopping and meal prep yesterday and today i went back to crossfit and did my first wod in like 5+ years and i'm so happy i still enjoyed it. 🥹 i can barely walk but i feel so good mentally. plan on going back on wednesday.
