the random “feeling low and like the world is ending”feeling after the anxiety that everyone will leave and terrified of abandonment i wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy actually, i wish so hard to not feel this way at all constant fighting back tears please let this just be mood swings from my cycle and not another ‘episode’ bc it’s the only way i can describe it when im this way i just wanna have a nice nap and watch movies not feel a constant impending doom
