‘The excitement of the war being over, plus I had a few drinks,’ he told CBS. 'So when I saw the nurse, I grabbed her, and I kissed her.’
'I did not see him approaching, and before I know it, I was in this vice grip,’ Friedman added.

1. If a guy shot a stranger on the street, and then found out the victim was suicidal, the takeaway isn’t “it’s all good, that behavior was cool.” If you do something shitty and the other person forgives you, great, but that doesn’t make the initial act un-shitty, it makes the forgiver cool.
