like legend will know about the great decline and the eyes of ganon guys and while taking rulie out would ensure they can never resurrect ganon, it also means taking away one of the few people who can consistently defend the people from them, and not even the "stop them from resurrecting ganon" part is guarantee as twinrova certainly didnt need to sacrifice legend in other to revive his ganon and if they do find a way he might be taking away hyrule's only shot at fighting back against him

rulie has been away from his hyrule long enought during LU so who knows how much damage the eyes of ganon could have done while they were left nearly unchecked by taking away hyrule and bringing him to his era he may as well be damning another hyrule for the sake of having his brother with him(i wonder where i saw that before lol)
