Two years ago I was with my friends partying for new years and celebrating a fellow friends birthday

And it was about 2 am when everyone was going home and my ride still hadn't arrived, so I was waiting on the sidewalk "alone and scared"

And i saw a creepy man approaching so I started tweaking and twitching and acting like I was possessed to scare him away coz his intentions didn't seem right and sure enough he slowed down near me and I gave him a super creepy smile and lunged at him shrieking "Humaaaan fleeeesh" and he ran in the other direction so fast I'm almost sure he shat his pants 😅

A yandere is someone who is OBSESSED with another person and will go out of their way to kill ANYONE who gets in between them and the person they are obsessed with.

Verity is very much obsessed with Mob and went out of his way to kill the villagers and kill Twixxel. If Mob brought another one of his friends, I'm sure he'd kill them to.

Verity has also literally yelled to Mob that MOB is VERITY'S.

Also, HE QUOTES THE MOVIE OBSESSED. FROM WHAT I HAVE GATHERED THAT MOVIE IS ABOUT A WOMAN WHO IS MADLY INLOVE WITH A MAN. Correct me if I'm wrong.

While yes, it could just simply be that Verity is js some entity who's obsessed, and totally not inlove, with the human who he recently met, it's obvious it is NOT js that.

First of all, why is he keeping ONLY Mob alive? He's an entity who eats a shit ton of creatures, including humans, so you'd think he'd kill Mob, but HE HASN'T.

Second of all, don't you find it A LITTLE odd that he claimed Mob as "his?" Like... What would be the reasoning for him saying that other then he's inlove with him. Yeah, it could simply be that he's claiming him as his in a way to say that he's his victim, his to kill, but like... Verity could've killed Mob SEVERAL TIMES, but again, HE DID NOT.

Being inlove with someone isn't always cute and romantic and shit like that. Sometimes it's extremely messy, violent, and terrifying. Sometimes people will fall victim to people who have seen them and had falling inlove. Mob is a victim to Verity.

There are several more reasons to support the whole Verity being a yandere and Mob has unfortunately fallen a victim to him.

Also, may I js add that Mob is perfectly fine with his character getting SHIPPED with Verity.

Even so, it's easy to see people like him being cast aside and undermined in the real world for not being 'smart' the way it'd be expected of him, and I see that manifesting in the Church section, where he needs a little push to remind himself that he's capable, after reading words that surely aimed to hurt his self perception.

I see that manifesting in the Orchards, where he felt absolutely hopeless and begged for signs, because he didn't realize the ones right in front of him. And honestly, I didn't either. I wouldn't blame him.

But he blames himself for not being as 'smart' as Derlord, even though he pushed himself to go all the way back to the last gate after being tricked out of sheer determination. Even if it takes a bit for him to figure things out, he doesn't go down without a fight.
