older mellodramattic doodle and headcanons

i LOVE matt with blue hair i do not see it very often. i think he went from red > green > blue. wanted to change mellos hair style up a bit. i think it would be cool if he dyed it brown at some point during a moment where he felt powerful and wanted a bit of change, absolutely hated it and grew it out. matt was probably like: "babe, it looks cool." while mello is desperately trying to scrub it out in the shower.

matt is too lazy to shave often. he can't grow a full beard though, its just stubble around his chin and jaw. mello hates this. matt knows he hates it. "mells, it's manly. it's awesome." he would say. mello won't let him have a kiss because it tickles his face and he doesn't like it. "it's patchy as fuck and looks like shit." matt does shave eventually. mello is very happy to let matt do whatever he wants and he loves his husband very much but the facial hair has gotta go.

mello was left with some vision loss in one eye as well as hearing loss in that ear. he also has a lip piercing which matt fucking loves.

matt has many tattoos, he gets stupid ones and comes home to show mello. mello tells him off. he secretly thinks they suit him, he loves tatted matt.

i enjoyed experimenting putting mello in different colours instead of black. i think in the future he'd grow accustomed to sharing some of matt's clothes, which is why i drew him wearing green in this. it's a little different and he suits it too (he still has insane fits and loves dressing up ofc)
