Since I made this concept, they actually refurbished entanglement, so I've probably oughta share what I think about it. Do note that I'm not a "Professional Balancer" or anythin' like that, I'm just talking about what I think aboutthis ability.

It's..pretty okay. Not the best move in the world, but it gets the job done, and it's better than base 1x1x1x1's entanglement. At first I wondered why it dealt 15 HP considering its built for comboing into an M1, but then I realized that a combo isn't really guaranteed, and it finally puts it on the same level as Nova and Corrupt Nature, two other combo abilities, so Nevermind Whoopsadaisy I think the stun should slightly longer, and the pull slightly weaker, though? Between 1.25 and 1.5 would be good for stun time, 1 second isn't much, honestly. The pull sometimes makes it so that 1x1x1x1 pulls the survivor Away from her if up-close (not by that big of a margin, only 6 studs or so, but it's still odd). If thrown far away, sure it pulls the survivor in if 1x1x1x1 lucks out, but Entanglement doesn't really.. work as a long-ranged projectile, It's easily jukable even by someone with 0 stamina if you've got enough distance. Also, if thrown through a wall, it barely pulls the survivor in, and they'll most likely just brush it off and keep running. Increasing the stun time slightly to allow 1x1x1x1 to catch up, but decreasing the pull strength slightly to discourage 1x1x1x1 users from throwing it and hoping it hits long-range would probably suit the abilities nicely. They should probably rework the entanglement's visual effects, though. Maybe make the windows appear as a randomly-generated border, rather than in the center of the screen? Would probably help with prework players trying to click the windows off of muscle memory.
