Welcome Skytterheks, Auf Wiedersehen Ur cute, but ur not Rammstein!
It was 2015 when I first opened this Tumblr account โ I was 18 back then โ and it became a digital altar to my biggest obsession at the time: Rammstein. That obsession lasted over a decade. I grew up with them, with Tumblr, and with all of you. I loved spending my time editing images, making collages and gifs. During those years, I even went to three Rammstein concerts.
Despite the recent controversies, their music saved my life. They were my safe place when depression and anxiety almost destroyed me, and thatโs why theyโll always hold a special place in my heart. To all of you who still follow me after all these years โ Ur cute, but ur not Rammstein (a.k.a. me, now Skytterheks) โ I want to tell you with an open heart: all the little creations I made back then will remain on this account, in case nostalgia ever hits you. And if one day you ask me for a Rammstein edit, Iโll gladly make it for you with love.
But from now on, this digital fan altar becomes an altar to myself. I want to share what I love, what my hands create, what my mind thinks. I want to honor myself here, in this place that has always been my home.
It feels so good to be back at 28. Time really flies. Take care of yourselves and love yourselves deeply.
