hello!! new blog :3

this is a faller blog focused on the events of poképark: pikachu's adventure! instead of pikachu, piplup, chikorita, and charmander falling into the poképark, it is instead these two!! the characters are j from murder drones, but also my murder drones oc! oc x canon nonsense. i can have fun

mid stakes, probably? the game itself is low stakes dipping into mid stakes, but due to the nature of these two, it's. messy. here's kind of a blanket cw for the blog, but individual posts will be tagged:

violence/murder (brief vague discussion of pokémon, mostly in reference to drones/robots)

(unethical) experimentation (entirely in reference to drones, nothing about pokémon)

uzi/n/v negativity (exclusively in the sense that j and phys don't like them. i love them!)

also obviously spoilers for poképark and murder drones if that's anything you care about!

Phys was by themselves for awhile. Longer than usual. J had stopped into the treehouse at least three hours ago, grabbing the mirror they previously found, and then radio silence. It, at the least, would give them some time to finish this project.

While Chatot was.. annoying, his words held truth to them sometimes. So Phys found themselves sewing the hot air balloon they found, a cartoonish yellow rat thing upon it. And after too many hours of struggle–sewing with paws was aggravating–the balloon was done.

Just in time to hear J crash in.

Phys jumped, skittering to see her tumbling from the Granite Area doors, leading a strange white and green creature with wings for ears and a flower upon their back.

“PHYS.” J spoke, irritation heavy in her voice, “DO YOU HAVE THE HOT AIR BALLOON. IT’S THE SILVER BULLET.”

“Oh? Just finished, actually! Taadaaaa-”

“No time for dramatics. Get in.” She huffed, throwing herself over the rim.

“What-?!”

“Raichu says you both need to go to the Sky Pavilion!” The creature beside her spoke happily.

"J." She harshly corrected.

“Ah!” Phys said, quickly grabbing the bag of Sky Prism Shards before scampering inside themself as J began to light the flames. She added a final shard into the bag as the balloon took flight, letting their escort lead the way.

Phys only had a few seconds to breathe when J’s paws went upon their shoulders.

“I am SO TIRED OF THIS PLACE.” She almost screamed in their face, “Even just having WINGS was a bleeding edge compared to this! Do you know how LONG it took me to bring the mirror all the way up to the Flower Zone? And despite me clearly making hay, a sheep comes outta nowhere asking to play Chase!! Are you kidding me?! And then the Rayquaza’s attraction was just Run Through Hoops And Break Signs! Then Shaymin over here is like ‘I need a special flower!!! Wait, actually, nevermind, you can’t fly!!’ I am So Tired of this world, Phys.”

“Well, hey.” Phys responds with a slight laugh, “It’s going to be over soon hopefully, hey?”

“Is it?” J huffed.

“Huh?”

“There’s this whole Pokémon multiverse, right? And Uzi’s somewhere with these people. What if we don’t go back? What if we just go where they are?”

Phys took a moment to answer. “Well, I suppose it’s better than anything else, right?”

Eventually, the two were pulled by their conversation by Shaymin’s excited yips, and they looked up. Coming up was a floating island, the Sky Pavilion upon it. With their escort’s help, they landed the hot air balloon, and exited.

“Here we are! This is the Sky Pavilion!” Shaymin spoke, a wide smile upon their face, before it dropped as another earthquake thundered below. “The ground just shook again! I watched it from above, just now! The Sky Prism is in pieces! The Pokémon are fighting! These events must be connected! This must be happening because the Sky Prism is bro-”

Before Shaymin could finish, J kicked them off the island, watching them fall before they could catch themselves and start flying. Phys sneered down at them. “THANKS, CAPTAIN FUCKING OBVIOUS?”

“Alright, let’s go find Mew and get this over with.”

The two began exploring, running about the Sky Pavilion, before coming up on a familiar looking Pachirusu with a Pikachium Z for a necklace. Phys huffed. “Mew, that better be you. We aren’t fucking stupid.”

“DIDN’T!! THINK!! WHERE!!”

“.. What.”

Exploding in a burst of feathers, Mew revealed themselves, a wide grin upon his face. “A!! FEW!! TESTS!! ALL!!”

“Oh my fucking Drone-God.”

“FRIENDS!! MADE!! SKY!! PRISM!! FIXED!! NOW!! PLAY-”

Before the so-called god can finish, J launches herself forward, having taken a moment to rub cheek pouches with Phys to power her electricity, and she zaps Mew with all of her might. Phys is right behind her, biting at his tail and forcing him to the ground.

They. Have had. Enough.

They did not come here to make friends. They came here to survive. And they have had enough of this stupid GOD and his STUPID FRIENDSHIP and his stupid WIVES.

“NO!! STOP!! FRIENDSHIP!!”

Phys slammed the bag against Mew’s face. “WE HAVE THE SHARDS. FIX YOUR FUCKING MISTAKE.”

“FINE!! FINE!! WHATEVER!!”

With a flick of her wrist, the shards were taken from the bag, and with a glistening glow a new form began to be built in layers.. and not too long after, the Sky Prism was complete, sending a rainbow into the sky above them.

“THOUGHT!! CHATOT!! HELP!!” They huffed, “GUESS!! NOT!!!!! GOOD!! LUCK!!”

Every day felt like more errands, more scampering, just for the hope of collecting enough pieces to please Mew and get home. The Pelipper luckily had one, though Phys can still feel the tight strings around their tiny Pachirusu body.

The solution to neither of them being able to fly in their new form was to tie them up with balloons offered to them by Chatot, and somehow, that worked. If only J still had their wings. If only they still had their vials, their tools, their USBs. If only they were home.

.. At least, in this one Gliscord server they'd found themselves in, they could confuse the fuck out of Uzi and spill little bits of knowledge, for fun.

However, that was quite the opposite of fun, if you asked J. Secrets were meant to be kept, and so was their professionalism, despite the two's new forms and location.

They'd be back eventually. And, the faster they get this all over with, the faster they could join Boss in the new world. She's sure Uzi is going to hate that, but she doesn't have time to sneer about that right now.

She stomped from the Beach Zone, back to the Meeting Place. The old decrypted treehouse has become their home base, the abandoned yet homey spot being comfy enough to sleep in. Together. Curled up into a little ball.

It kept them warmer.

J's Raichu claws stomped up the wooden steps, narrowing her eyes in frustration. Of course Phys had to be a nuisance today, when they could've been focusing on finishing the bridge the people needed, continue pleasing the Chatot who seemed to desperate for them to 'make friends' and 'do community service to help the Pokémon who live here'. Instead, she had to shut. them. up.

"PHYS. I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE."

Oh, how excited Phys was to share with Uzi their findings. All of the sensors and gizmos inside the casing J could barely call a body, at least, not without her core. The missing core that Uzi now seemed very interested in.

That's fine. Cyn was too.

They yelped upon hearing J approach, scrambling higher up the treehouse.

Of course, with those tiny Pachirusu claws scampering to the second floor, J's ears perked up. She knew exactly where they were, and she couldn't help but hiss.

"This could've been fine, just one moved goalpost. We could reevaluate. Fuck, if you hadn't slowed me down so much, maybe I would've been back to boss right now!" She had arrived to the first floor now, starting to grab at the ladder to the second floor, "But no. You're always jumping the shark instead of doing basic blue sky thinking. What did I do to get stuck here with such a disrespectful freak like you?"

Phys also hissed, eyes narrowing as J's head appeared. They're lucky they double and triple checked this old treehouse's stability earlier. "You're so ungrateful, asshole! I SAVED YOUR LIFE! You'd- You'd still be rotting in the bunker if I hadn't brought you back, don't you DARE speak to me that way you haughty, overdramatic bitch."

"Overdramatic?? Me??" She huffed. "Haughty, maybe, if you're you, but you're the overdramatic one, Phys. You screamed in TERROR when you first met boss!"

Electricity rumbled in their cheek pouches. "Only because SHE CHASED ME WITH A SWORD, you idiot! You never think, have you ever thought in your life?! It's like you always see red--you were too focused on our last drone-god damned argument to realize you were about to be hit BY A BUS. YOU'RE WELCOME FOR SAVING YOU, BY THE WAY. AGAIN. I'M ALWAYS SAVING YOU."

"You're not always saving me, don't give yourself too much credit." She walks closer, raising an accusatory claw. "And don't think I notice you never taking your eyes or hands off me. Sometimes I feel LUCKY to be out of that body so you don't ask about doing those freak experiments!"

"Those 'freak experiments' help me understand you, J-!"

"-Okay, sure, 10% of them-"

"-And after all Cyn-"

J screamed, hissing, before throwing herself at Phys, the Pachirusu helplessly kicking.

"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOU TALK ABOUT BOSS. YOU DON'T KNOW HER LIKE I DO-"

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING-!"

She couldn't use electricity, not without Phys' help, which she definitely wasn't getting right now. However, J wasn't useless without the electric powers. She had claws.

SERIAL DESIGNATION J USED QUICK ATTACK!

J had expected the cry that came out of Phys. What she didn't expect was the one that came out of her.

Phys lied there beneath her, shaking, a wound too quick to dodge now on their face--a claw mark, starting to bleed. They gasped, softly, but not at their own pain.

As J slowly lifted a hand to her face, she realized it. The same wound, exactly where she had hit Phys, was splitting open her skin to bleed as well. She felt the necklace around her neck tighten, the same way she assumed it did for Phys' considering the way they grabbed at it.

After a moment, she rolled off of them, panting, in disbelief.

".. Oh my drone-god." Phys said, after a moment. "What is wrong with you?"

She huffed, looking over to motion at her face. "I think we have more pressing issues."

"I don't see an issue with that." Phys rolled their eyes, scooting closer, resting their head upon J's chest. "The USBs always connected our energy sources, makes sense that our new bodies would... connect whatever lifeforce Pokémon have."

"But we aren't drones anymore." She allowed it, wrapping an arm around them, "We're flesh."

"We're still us though, right? And shut up, after that bullshit you owe me." Phys pushed their head against her harder, cuddling up into her side.

"You're so fucking stupid."

"Still smarter than you~"
