Waiting for the outside circumstances to change before you’re happy is pretty much like looking in the mirror and waiting for your reflection to smile first. It’s impossible. No matter how long you stare at the reflection, it will still show you the current picture of yourself. That’s how this reality works. The Universe is your mirror, it always reflects your dominant frequency. But that’s actually the good news. This reality is malleable, and you can use it to your advantage. You can create something from nothing.
When you change your energy, you change your life, not the opposite way. When you change your energy, you become open to new possibilities, new ideas, new chances. These possibilities already exist in the infinite quantum field of potential, but you’re just not tuned in to them, you’re not in vibrational alignment yet.
Working on your energy should be a priority in your life. It’s not possible to be happy 24/7, but it’s possible to experience higher emotional states most of the time. However, you have to become conscious, you have to step outside yourself. You have to go beyond the old subconscious program that is running in your mind on autopilot. You have to develop the present moment awareness.
Too often, we allow little things to ruin our days. But you can’t allow traffic, your boss, colleagues, or any other trivial circumstances to dictate your feelings. The moment you become irritated, angry, or frustrated without a good reason, is the moment when you have to self-regulate. You have to be like, ‘This thought is not in alignment with my vision of the future, so I’m choosing to let it go’. And then change your feelings and attain a higher vibrational state. The more you do this, the more you draw new reality and new experiences to you. You can’t create a new reality with the same mindset, the same personality. You first have to become someone else at a vibrational level.
