Wanted to make a trainer sprite of @sporesgalaxy's oc Scrangle and ended up making several. I also watched a video on how the gen 1 trainer sprites were made in the middle of working on these and decided to try my hand at making one.

I like the ideas in the official Mega Dragonite design but there are aspects of it that really bugged me so I made a light redesign.
