BUT of courseee i have so many opinions about tomura ill put this little thing here since it includes a couple of my headcanons about her gender identity etc. but yeah, i dont think tomura is entirely a binary trans girl, maybe like bigender or even agender or something but i think just the term 'transfem' works for her. i think she prefers she/her especially amongst the people shes close to, but doesnt really pay much attention to people she doesnt know calling referring to her with he/him. if people who are close to her use he/him she doesnt really mind either, but obviously appreciates when she gets called she.
as for coming out, this stupid comic here mentions a conversation with magne, which i think would have happened in brief detail. maybe just kinda more casually asking her about her own identity and kinda indirectly asking how she figured that out since shes obviously out to the league, i dont think this is how the actual coming out would happen this comic is just being a bit silly cuz i dont think he would properly come out to magne in this hypothetical conversation (bc i dont think tomura would even put the pieces together until long after magne has died)
but i think that spinner would be helpful in tomuras coming out and everything, since obviously theyre pretty close, but also i hc spinner as a trans man, and his relationship with tomura would definitely help her feel more comfortable trying to explain and understand her identity. them being t4t is very important to me… because its also very important that spinner feels understood becauseee hes very lovely and has gone a long time being misunderstood and alienated.
but yeahh i think tomura may have struggled a little with like, procrastinating thinking about her identity because obviously, there’s a lot of shit happening in his life so it’d feel kinda irrelevant. i also think the fact that she finds herself ugly would make him feel like. transitioning, or considering transitioning would not be worth it, since she’s not conventionally attractive as either a man and a woman, i don’t think this is something that particularly bothers her, i think he just gets on with it and it’s like ‘okay whatever i'm just aware i'm an ugly person’ but yeah.
