I have a date on Saturday so I need to lose as much weight as possible by then 😖 only mildly panicking

Wildest thing about wl when you decide to work out(specifically lifting weights), is that the scale barely moves, and it's infuriating. But everything is starting to fit looser on my body.

Happy day. I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning 💝

I honestly hate when you look up wl p1lls and they give you the bulshit run around. "The only healthy way is through diet and exercise" like I'm doing that already, I want something that will actually work. It's so annoying, and then you get savior complex people who are oh so better than everyone because it's so easy for them and if they can do it, everyone should be able to do it. I want something barely legal. On god I might start doing c0ke again. Rant over.

I could be so pretty if I just lost weight. Maybe even beautiful. But I won't know unless I keep going 💝
