I draw rarely

Let’s make one thing clear, I’m not a fan of canvas painting and I’m certainly no fan of large canvases. This was a commissioned piece on a canvas that measured 1.5m x 1.5m which pretty much my height. I’m not exactly tall but that’s a huge ass canvas.

Mother’s day has rolled back around and I’m so fed up of spending a small fortune on cards when I probably have enough supplies to make one for every occasion till the end of my days...

Just a little idea I wanted to try out, designing a Wayfarer using the colours of the Asexual pride flag.

I’m also wondering if people would be interested in seeing similar designs for other orientations; pansexual, bisexual, aromantic, etc? If not I’ll just leave it at this one for the Ace community. :) 

Got myself a tonal sketchbook back around the time I was playing through Dark Souls.

So I had a whole bunch of left over wax building up from all the candles I burn and I noticed a few of the colours I had where those of the Asexual pride flag.

So here it is, I attempted to recycle the wax into a new pride candle for myself! 

Seriously, I had no idea paint could even go mouldy...

Two days ago I lost an old friend who had been in my life for some 9 years after she was rescued from the greyhound racing industry. I wanted to make a little something to remember her by even though it still doesn’t really feel like she’s gone...

So this is for you Cleo, I’m sorry you had to leave us so suddenly and I’m sorry I wasn’t there. You can sleep forever now in peace...
