my absolute biggest tip by far is to keep a large amount of a tasty cold and l0w c4l liquid nearby because just like in your day to day life you're more likely thristy rather than hungry. I personally love to fill up my Stanly or any other waterbottle with lots of ice and diet dr pepper because it not only satisfies my thirst but also satisfies any sweet cravings :p additionally if you really want to have something I recommend skinny pop, or if you're craving something savory I like thinly sliced cucumber w lots of onion and garlic powder, these have saved me from countless b!nge$
